Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. For grocery products you must return the items within 7 days of your purchase; for others you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and provide you the Store Name & Address for the Returns. Please work with the store to complete your returns.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. For e.g., Produce, Milk Products; Greenbasket Customer Support in consultation with the store the purchase was made will determine the eligibility for the returns.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Refund will be processed by the Store within 7 days after receipt of the returned item.
